Return & Refund Policy

At Piston Printz, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

1. Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached (if applicable)

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized orders

 

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at admin@pistonprintz.com with the subject “Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]”.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

 

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

 

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we’ll be happy to help, subject to stock availability.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
