Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Piston Printz! We’re excited to get your car-inspired apparel to you. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will arrive.

 

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Customer orders may take longer but I will keep you updated on the process and you will receive a notification when it is being shipped.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

The cost of shipping depends on where an order is being sent to and how fast you want your order to arrive. If you need your order sooner for a specific time or event, we recommend placing your order with an upgraded shipping method.

All of the shipping information can be found in the cart when placing an order.

  •         UK Standard £4.50 (4-8 days)

  •         UK 1st Class £6.50 (3-6 days)

  •         UK Royal Mail Priority £12.50 (Next Working Day if ordered before 1pm Mon-Fri)

  •         EU Standard £7.00 (5-10 days) *All EU deliveries are tax paid and there is no customs duty for orders under €150

  •         International £7.50 (10-15 days)

  •         United States Duty Paid £15.00 (10-15days)

Orders containing large art prints and frames are sent using the below services

  •         DPD Standard £9.50 (4-6 days)

  •         EU Delivery £21.00 (7-10 days)

  •         International Delivery £60.50 (10-15 days)

If your country isn't showing in the list, sadly, we cannot ship to this location.

In a very small number of cases where we are unable to ship to a country, it's normally due to the ability of our couriers or payment processing partners in that territory, or the availability of other services that we require to operate in that country effectively.

The list of countries we ship to may change, and the general trend is towards increasing the number of countries that we ship to.

We are unable to offer to ship to a country on a one-off basis, or change territories by request.

 

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our facility. If you experience issues with delivery, please:

  • Check your tracking number for status updates

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • If needed, contact us at [admin@pistonprintz.com] and we’ll do our best to help

 

6. International Shipping

  • Delivery estimates vary by destination

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during delivery
